Due to the size and diversity of the organization, this Swedish home-appliance multinational encounters frequent obstacles in the application of technology across countries and regions. They tapped us to help develop a marketing technology roadmap for an integrated and consistent approach to their marketing efforts.

How we helped

We paired with a marketing strategy firm to determine and map the technical and functional requirements from Electrolux stakeholders and evaluated the eCommerce platform against the functional decomposition. We conducted research on global eCommerce and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) products to find the best possible match to  the client’s needs.
